They have recently acquired another staffing firm and is growing like anything. Super nice management. Appraisals are given once every year but its always makes the person super happy...Also, they have the recurring incentive structure which only few companies offer in Pune.

Leads Managers are not fit to be in their roles Inhuman work culture. People are racist,baised. They discriminate on basis of caste,region and religion. Torture mentally physically and emotinally. Push one to point of commiting suicide.
