.... 8. There's never any fun celebration culture. 9. Notice Period if of 3 months. You won't receive your salary for all the 3 months. And the salary will be received after 45days of finishing 3 months Notice Period. So basically 4+ months without salary.

... all Saturdays are off except the first one due to there is exchange mock test . The comment written below about 1 min late and your salary is deducted is totally false because we get grace of 15 min every day to come late. I felt here very less pressure of work compared to other companies I worked where they use to make me and my colleagues sit till long hours.

Only one thing I missed is more cultural activities to have more engagement with everyone.

There is nothing to like in this company, Every 5 star review on this company is fake. More than 95% of the staff hates the company. The only thing I liked was the friends I made.

pretty much everything in the previous 1 star reviews are correct The pantry has cockroaches They don't even provide tissues in Poor Air Conditioning The washrooms are dirty Only 1 washroom for a 100 employees Very limited parking space The building staff is stingy as well Managers lack technical knowledge Team Leaders aren't helpful at all Salary gets deducted if you come even 1 second late The CEO is always on the cloud of his own ego The CEO's sister and the Development Team Head lack the knowledge of basic english, forget about computers Their company policy keeps changing every month The laptops and mouse provided are of the cheapest quality The work environment is toxic Deadlines are ridiculous since managers are dumb The CEO's father is even more annoying as he keeps walking around the company for no reason The CEO drinks alcohol openly anywhere but charges 5000 rupees penalty if he saw someone eating non-veg Overall I don't think this company has a good future. I promise, if you join this company you will recognise these points within your first month. I have been in this company for more than a year and I haven't enjoyed a day.

... to draw fat incentives right after I started working here from the first month. Who gives 1 time of salary as incentive in first month itself, I'm enjoying working here.

After sales moved to new office no complains earlier ladies washroom was limited to one.

...a where the company deducts the half salary for the day if talktime is not met . Also the company's HR has not mentioned about the salary date , with regards to salary is credited after 45 days. Worst place to work & would not recommend any one.
