Company has lot of parties and events, management wants to be relevant with latest technologies., not much comes to india. There is a small cafeteria and has basic foods. No dress code, some boys come in half pant and slippers while the girls wear as far minis.

Dislikes

Company is pretty one man show which is head of india Sareen Gogi, the guy is pretty clever and removes the people who speak against him and he is supported by the HR Nupur Sravan and Dinesh Mahindra , as he is not able to tolerate anything negative, australian management is also same except for the CEO and they are pretty much in hand with Sareen. Nobody cares if you work or not as long as there is no escalation. No matter how hard you contribute and how much you sweat for them , you are only good if you don't sugar coat the management. All the people who were working have left and is only left with people who are either doing nothing or have no caliber to get a job

I don’t think there is anything that can be considered as good here, it’s terrible company. I wasted my 4 months there.

Work life balance is there is some teams, same ad you can find in most of mnc.

Dislikes

Work quality offered is very low. You work as subservient to Australian counterparts. You have no freedom and ownership of work. So, no real skill development as such. At senior level, you just become coordinator between analysts in India and Australia. Discrimination against Indians is a real thing here. You can just discount the local management here. They have been working as coordinators and have no real say as such. If you have options, give it a pass, else join and go with the flow. Nothing great about it.

Ambience is very good and it's different than other organisations.. cafeteria Is nice..leaders are helpful and cooperative...also timings is very good..fun activities and other things are very nice.. it's a nice company about the career growth...

Dislikes

Nothing to say .... hiring process takes too much time and overall increment is good but not satisfactory..
