...Most of the people are on bench, learning new tech like flutterflow, ccai ext. Very bad and worst management, they hire a people with high salary it's a trap for every hard working employees because is there no project they fired with 30 min of call. They don't know how to run a business. They are buy good company award to showcase. Even you are high performer of the quarter or a year they will fire if they have not project in hand. Ryt now the situation is worst, so plz don't join a company.

...f the clients and not even a cent percent is given to the team who works for it. And stop the nonsense of variable pay if you don't wanna give it.

...ch projects in the pipeline, thus, very less growth and learning opportunities. Salary is low and not as per current market and there is a 15 months bond for the bonus we get. No job security as you would be laid off anytime.

If u get a good ML project u can learn a lot as an MLE as most people abv smle don't code much, so u can learn an entire project from POC to production and a lot of new techs to learn, fast-paced learning curve (2-3 years), if u are abv smle then most work is to talk to clients and manage people so more free time. But if want to learn u can team up with r&d or take at ur interest and can excel also.

ML services to standard TCS type, lot of non ML projects, pay far less to industry pay, poor quality of hiring esp from late 2021, tech architects managing ML projects who don't know ML, mass hiring like TCS from 2021, attrition is over the roof, avg stay
