Everything is good . But this is office can be converted into a pure remote job , no need of hybrid work policy (7 hours work from office 3 hours work from home ) . Anyone Joining should not fall for developing trading / financial models . None of it is done by the QAPL . For clients we have to track the free float of major indices . Sane with the development side . No work on trading technology or strategy like hft/mft/lft but projects are based on data/client services . No algorithmic trading / machine learning exposure done by QAPL . Don’t fall for a misguided job description.

You get to work independently with the clients. They were supportive. They gave you the freedom to choose your projects and the input to improve your skills. But the clients are not affiliated with Quantile. So it is not exactly a provision of the company.

1. Work life balance (Management claims that it is a myth) 2. Micromanagement 3. Forcing employment bonds 4. They don't stick to the promotion and appraisal policy 5. Mistreatment of the employees 6. Disguised harassment against younger female employees by senior management 7. Mental torture by the Team Leads 8. Sandwich rule in Leaves, e.g., you can't take Monday off if you have taken a leave on Friday. Otherwise, your weekends will be counted as leaves as well. 9. Your work won't be highlighted. Team Leads get all the credit and raise. 10. Yes man culture: You would have to agree to every policy or have to face the consequences. 11. The 77-year old boss is very orthodox and adamant and operates the company with a labour factory mindset. 12. Seniors can be very intrusive and may even threaten to sabotage your career if you don't follow their agenda. There are many more perks but if you're too grateful with your life. You can join to deteriorate your mental health. PS: Mental health is also a myth according to the management.

Nothing. The company's director is an egomaniac. They don't believe in work-life balance which they clearly mentioned in one of their meetings. There is micromanagement around everything.

Micromanagement Office Politics No timely appraisals your work is not measured your obedience or rather how much you can flatter your TLs is measured No learning and growth You will find the kind of colleagues who will interfere in your personal space. They don't know how to have boundaries. The director himself is as such Good luck working there. If you have any better offer at hand, don't bother going there, Even if you don't, wait study some more and find yourself a better place than this s*ithole. They don't respect their employees.
