Very bad HR policy and Salary structure

Dislikes

HR department is not able to hire suitable and compatible to work employees. Company is running salary standard as irremovable as since 2011. Even they have formula for hiring CTC = Number of year of experience * 1.3 it is too irrelevant. Due to the lack of talented manpower, many valuable client companies now oppose the company because of quality issue. There are lots of factors for dislikes , like company has 80% manpower as trainee or fresher or experienced person have profile in production but due to greed of company talented manpower is not permissible !

...y bad for graduate trainee and they're providing only 3 LPA salary since 2011. Salary structure is constant from last 11 years.

Dislikes

Unsatisfied due to 2 year of bond for fresher, They are providing same package for BE and ME students. There is no any difference between BE and ME students. They are considering master in engineering is worthless.

It's like providing "seva" and getting nothing out of it. There are no seniors who are open to teaching or even helping juniors to do work that they want done. It's terrible...

Dislikes

Senior management is the culprit here. They have made policies that help the company more in every one way. It's really a very bad job environment. The building and it's equipments are also falling apart already.

It's seem to be a magnificent tenure of my process engineering career. I am extracting knowledge more than I expected before joining QPS. Exposure of quality work, conversation with clients, seniors, HOD and consultant land up with huge change.
