No HR. No employee know whom to contact for any payroll/pf etc related issues. This was very frustrating. Employee bonding was total zero. It was like we just coming to office, working, literally not talking with any other department people because bonding was never made, and going home. Zero organized work Very low value of your work / Your brains would be unused - Do all work in style of top management Hard core politics in top management No extra pay for working late or on holidays

New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward
