...make sales. They too much terrible. Maneger of mayapuri center are very bad man. Even my salary was not given, they take it into hold. Worst try in some other places. I don't know about the center that locate at gurugram.

I worked for almost 6 months and I used to get salary on time. Their trainers are cool, and they are strict in the terms of log in hours, and quality.

Dislikes

Team management is not good wether they are senior manager or a junior staff. They used to live unprofessional during work at the floor, they used to abuse sometimes. They used to provide security guard in odd hours but their security guard and driver was also not good. They do politics, and if I talk about appraisal so if u work there for 4-5 years than u will get promoted. They offer less salary, Like If I worked there for 10 to 7 morning shift so, I was getting 5.5k /month without cab, and If I did Break shift, like from 10-2 to 6-10 than I was getting 8.5k /month. So my overall experience was worst with this company.

My overall working experience is quiet fine,one can start building carrer in qualtuch.

Dislikes

I think technology using by company is out dated and management is not as good as it should be company need to improve management.
