If you're assigned to the Max Life project on any degree, life's gonna be hell. There's no work-life balance, weekends, morally sound stakeholders, consolidated CRs or learning. You'll work extra hours, like 13 hrs on an average with no comp-offs or compensation for it. Major stakeholders are unethical and prone to commit diplomatical maneuvers just to save their own hide. Requirements are never consolidated and this results in scope changes, for which vendor side is pushed to work on weekends too. Apart from that, Qualtech does not have any definitive process for managing MLI projects, and hence you'll see a ton of people come and go.

They are cutting approx 20% of salary and Variable part is cutter down fully.

Dislikes

We are working more than 10hours in a day , irrespective of that company is cutting our salaries,bonuses and Variable part.

Few members of internal team is very helpfull.

Dislikes

Proper KRA is not defined. Things promised while interview are not same on ground. Zero communication for almost everything. Has only one client in Mumbai (no work culture)

No support during lockdown. This company is good for nothing.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues. They terminate you without prior notice. Nothing is new to learn.
