Nothing I like about this company. It's a terrible experience working there and there is no management at all.

No salary at all. Your salary will be paid after six months, but remember after six months you will get only first month salary and it'll be like this until you job there. And there is great rule for leaving your job that is ... If you resigned then either you have to serve 3 months notice period or you have to pay the company 3 months salary. Point is even after working for 6 months you will be paid nothing but if you want to leave the company then you pay 3 months salary to company or serve 3 months notice period, if suppose you did serve your 3 months notice period you will still not get your salary... if you ask, company management will say you did notice period is for getting your orignal documents back still no salary.🤦🤦🤷 And you are biggest fool to serve notice period. Thank you that's all.

I started my career with Qualsoft as a Software Tester. I got a chance to explore new technologies and to implement it on projects. I would suggest to join the company if you want to furnish your skills and apply on real time

I have done internship in Qualsoft. the atmosphere and culture here is very good, Here you can make your career. The Management here has been very helpful to me in every aspect from time to time.

The work culture is very good here in Qualsoft Systems. You get to learn and work on new technologies. The management is supportive and helpful. Also, the senior members are always there to help technically.
