Likes only depends upon your client. If the client you are working with is good then at least work life balance and culture will be good. Else QK is worst in terms of employees benefits

...ompany has no vision and mission just a machinery of begging money from clients. Never think of good salary and appraisal is a joke. Never ever stay here more than 2 years. If you are in bench then ugly and brainless HR will ask you to resign or threat you for termination.

There is nothing about to like at which department i have worked only stress and no one were supporting. One of the worst IT companies in India.

lack of support, high-stress levels, or poor management. Inadequate benefits, or issues with compensation.

There is no proper appraisal review concept. HR just follow business orders Process implementation without reality check. Notice period of 3 months. Early release resisted. Company culture is resignation and then retention.

...lient exposure. Give chance for explore more with quality, skills and knowledge. Only Salary and some client side communication Gap should be taken in consideration for better development.

Politics and no close observation of HR personnel with employees who work at client side. Appraisal, rewards must be provided to deserving candidates than one who show up.

If we don't take singal leave in financial year, he doesn't get any benefits of worked on hoildays rather than compensatory leave or only 21 leaves Carry forword in April month else all leavs will collapse without getting singal penny 😅. My suggestion is only if someone working on holidays then he should get some benefit other than compensatory leave.
