Work life balance is zero, here one person doing 3-4 person work also job security is zero , if they not need you then Suddenly hr calling you and force to submit the paper

The best thing which I feel is learning opportunities. Average growth in terms of salary growth.

Average salary growth and promotion. Difficult to switch projects if someone is working for long term in same project.

They did best support during pandemic like providing laptops n dongle. Even during pandemic salary was on time. Different upgrades courses was available to employees. Courses where allocated as per the job profile which was quite good, after completing the course employees where paid for it.

The only problem is growth is slow, if an employee is settled for 1 client they won't change the client or give any growth. Employees will be with same designation for longer term

Likes only depends upon your client. If the client you are working with is good then at least work life balance and culture will be good. Else QK is worst in terms of employees benefits

Dislikes

...ompany has no vision and mission just a machinery of begging money from clients. Never think of good salary and appraisal is a joke. Never ever stay here more than 2 years. If you are in bench then ugly and brainless HR will ask you to resign or threat you for termination.

... they give 2-4% Saturday working. Can ask anytime to relocate anywhere in India. 90 days notice but if you mark resign they will release you in 15 days without giving any compensation. Leave annually is 16 only as earned leave, no sick and casual leave.
