Salary on time Colleagues are friendly in most cases

There is no proper appraisal review concept. HR just follow business orders Process implementation without reality check. Notice period of 3 months. Early release resisted. Company culture is resignation and then retention.

The best thing which I feel is learning opportunities. Average growth in terms of salary growth.

Dislikes

Average salary growth and promotion. Difficult to switch projects if someone is working for long term in same project.

Good company for freshers you get a lot to learn over here, job is secured over here even if you are an average guy, average work life balance.

Dislikes

Nothing as such nice people over here, it's just they give very less salary as per market standards.

They did best support during pandemic like providing laptops n dongle. Even during pandemic salary was on time. Different upgrades courses was available to employees. Courses where allocated as per the job profile which was quite good, after completing the course employees where paid for it.

Dislikes

The only problem is growth is slow, if an employee is settled for 1 client they won't change the client or give any growth. Employees will be with same designation for longer term

Likes

They have provided laptop for continuity of work during Covid. Salary are always on time and during covid it was given earlier. As a fresher you will be allowed to explore lot of upcoming technologies and work on them. Opportunities depends on the client that you work with.

Dislikes

In my small tenure, No Reward and Recognition was conducted. NO compensation for working and travelling to client side on weekends. No Learning initiative or up-scaling for client side resources.
