Great co-workers and colleagues. Seniors would sometimes go out of their way to assist you. You get to learn a lot. Also thankfully no office politics. The office is understaffed and one is expected to help others out whenever we have free time. Also unlimited ice cream and candy is a great idea.

Dislikes

The long working hours (9:30am-7pm) can get to you sometime. Very difficult to get long leaves (more than 4-5 days) approved. Also have to sometimes work on Sundays (atleast once a month) due to workload. Considering the workload and the stress you will feel underpaid.
