Unfair HR rules are imposed on employees. No Salary hikes and promotions for existing hardworking employees. Management is being run by selected people as per their own wish. No fixed criteria for growth of employee WORST EXIT POLICY AND CULTURE

...room for learners and seekers. Worst HR department. They grow like 2x in a year. And pay you like 10% a year. Un motivated staff. Completely non technical way of working. And a lot other that I can't mention.
