As a Third-party inspection company QUEST has good client base but pay scale is quite low as compared to market rate.

Quest salary structure is very poor and not upto to the market rate only disappointment with Quest is pay scale which us quite low.

The projects are pretty good to learn as it is third party man power supplying company, Good work time

No incentives , no proper skill managment, no knowledge transfers, no cabs , it's like we work in as daily wage works they won't even treat as their employees , they just using manpower as their company devlopmeny tool expect salary we can't expect anything only we can expect is work after working hours

Working culture is fine; chance of career growth,training to the employees are given periodically.

Teammates are co-operative in job matters, co-s with one another to discussing & solving problems as a team,travel policies also o.k.

The vendor right now am working with QUEST is good and the environment of work is peace and very good problem solving techniques and skillfully also

After 3yr of working also the benefits and positions are not changed poor about this

Only thing is we can't support each and everyone when people have different opinions We have to be ready to do all work but one thing we know that an office assistant can't do a secretary work how can a secretary accept all work
