Work life balance is really bad, they treat you like Robot Expect you to work 24 7 at a very less salary. No demarcation in salary slabs for graduates and post graduates. Poorly appraisals and promotions

There is no job security because the job base on contract and they only give preference there relatives and favorite. they stop your contract without any notice and hardly give you chance to work again in the company And HR also are not good they only give chance to those whom which their higher authority says. But the good things about company job timing, Perk and benefits are accellent.

There is a lot of politics, salary is decent but career growth is slow and job is not secure.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...requested them for another project. They said I'll have to give interview again. After multiple rounds including technical and salary discussions, I was told to wait for HR to communicate. I waited for 2 weeks. I was told that my application is in process. After 3 weeks I called HR again only to hear that the project has been paused again. No communication from there side. Extremely inefficient. Please don't waste time of candidates.
