Lot of politics in same department when u raise the issue they are not taking an action and they seen like who is raised issue he's wrong person they treat like not only one person all the seniors are same they stand in one line employee respect is not expecting here
In my way growth because actually i joined degree basis in accountant as a cashier when iam working I completed MBA with my HOD and colleagues co-operation nearly 3years completed my work so I need to change upgrade on work MBA basis that's why am leaving no more worries about hospital

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location. Mine is a US based client and they have some offices in Toronto, hence I got a B1 visa quickly. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.
Every person will have some dislikes or unsatisfying satisfied things, but that is upto the person which we cannot relate to Company. It is perception of the individual. And only few individuals mostly like the colleagues.

Hospital sectors as such can be tedious and demanding on individuals unless the person concerned has the drive and motivation to do well. Care group is well run corporate hospital and I personally have no reasons to complain and I recommend if given a chance to work there, take the plunge...
Nothing really, one must understand the fact that anyone who has the will to succeed will do well. The group has a robust HR policy and all grievance are handled well. The directors have a sense of business movement and that should help one grow and learn with the organization.
