मैं सर्व साधारण (New Joining) को सूचित करना चाहता हूं कि Quality Austria central aisa (QACA) कम्पनी में सैलरी को लेकर बहुत ही समस्याएं हैं जितनी मजदूरी एक मजदूर महीने में कमा लेता है उससे भी कम सैलरी इस कंपनी द्वारा अपने फ्रेशर और 2-3 साल के एक्सपीरियंस वाले ग्रेजुएट इंजीनियर को दिया जाता है और TA,DA की पॉलिसी इतनी बेकार है की जितने में एक मजदूर अपना गुजारा नहीं कर सकता है उस तरह की पॉलिसी इंजीनियर के लिए बना रखी है जो कि न जाने कितने सालों से चली आ रही है । काम का प्रेशर इतना ज्यादा है कि लगता है जैसे कम्पनी ने हमें बंधुवा मजदूर के तौर पर खरीद रखा है और 14-18 घंटे काम करवाया जाता है जबकि कंपनी की पॉलिसी में ड्यूटी के 8 घंटे ही मेंशन हैं,जिसका की अलग से कोई इनसेंटिव नहीं मिलता है । साथ ही कंपनी के HR डिपार्टमेंट (mini sharma,priyasha aich,abhishek rai ) से कभी किसी जूनियर स्टाफ को कोई सपोर्ट नहीं मिलता है न ही मेल का और न ही फोन कॉल का जवाब दिया जाता है HR टीम के दुर्व्यवहार को देखकर लगता है जैसे कि इनकी नजरों में जूनियर स्टाफ की कोई वैल्यू नहीं है हां इतना जरूर है कि जब किसी जूनियर स्टाफ का बुरा करना होता है तो ये लोग जयचंद सौरभ कोरी के भड़काने पर गीदड़ की तरह झुंड बनाकर एक साथ खड़े हो जाते हैं । और अगर में देहरादून सर्किल ऑफिस कि बात करूं तो इसमें एक जयचंद सौरभ कोरी(manager)नाम का एक ऐसा दूत है जो समय समय पर स्टाफ को ब्लैक मेल करने की कोशिश करता है साथ ही ऑफिस में और फोन कॉल पर जूनियर स्टाफ के साथ बहुत अभद्र भाषा का प्रयोग करता रहता है और हर बार अपनी तानाशाही चलाता रहता है ।जिससे ऑफिस में यहां तक कि फील्ड स्टाफ में भी टॉक्सिक वातावरण उत्पन होता है और जूनियर स्टाफ डिमोटिवेट हो जाता है, जिससे समय समय पर कार्य की प्रगति अवरूद्ध हो जाती है जिसका मुख्य दोषी जयचंद सौरभ कोरी है लेकिन ये जूनियर स्टाफ को बेवजह blame करता रहता है। सौरभ कोरी की नीतियां इतनी खराब है कि ये कभी भी अपनी गलती न मानते हुए अपनी सभी गलतियों का आरोप भी अपने जूनियर स्टाफ पर लगाता है और अपने मनमानी करते हुए तानाशाही वाला व्यवहार अपनाता रहता है साथ ही इंजीनियर से लेबर टाइप के काम भी करवाता रहता है जैसे कि लैब असिस्टेंट और ऑफिस ब्वॉय का काम। अतः अंत में यही कहना चाहूंगा कि जयचंद सौरभ कोरी एक मैनेजर लेवल की स्किल न रखते हुए एक peon के criteria को भली भांति पूर्ण करता है क्योंकि ना ही ये अपनी किसी बात पर कायम रहता है और ना ही अपने जूनियर स्टाफ की समस्याओं को समझने का प्रयास करता है और न ही परिस्थितियों को मैनेज कर पता है बल्कि भड़का जरूर देता है। हां एक बात जरूर है कि जो इस जयचंद की चमचा गिरी करेगा उसके लिए सभी छोटी-बड़ी गलतियां भी माफ है लेकिन जो जूनियर स्टाफ इसके कुनीतियों,तानाशाही का विरोध करेगा उसकी छोटी सी गलती पर ये उसको इतना ब्लैकमेल और टॉर्चर करता है कि उसका जीना हराम कर देगा जिस कारणवश जूनियर स्टाफ हताश होकर जॉब छोड़ने को मजबूर हो जाता है । और कंपनी में स्टाफ की शॉर्टेज रखी जाती है जिससे सभी जूनियर स्टाफ पर बहुत ज्यादा वर्क लोड बढ़ जाता है जिस कारण से जूनियर स्टाफ फिजिकली और मैंटली डिस्टर्ब हो जाता है। नोट: इस कंपनी में सीनियर स्टाफ देहरादून सर्कल (जयचंद sourabh kori,ajay patanga),HR डिपार्टमैंट (mini sharma,priyasha aich,abhishek rai) or VP (nitin jain) सभी लोग जूनियर स्टाफ के साथ पॉलिटिक्स खेलते रहते है वो भी बिना तथ्य को जाने सिर्फ जयचंद सौरभ कोरी के कहने पर जिसकी की अपनी जुबान की कोई वैल्यू ही नहीं है ।

... not notified in advanced (you might have to usuallytravel in general bogies). No career growth, no salary increments But you can get leaves whenever you want.(after 6 months). No festival or performance bonus. No work life balance, no stability. You will have to contact technicians if sites who are very rubbish takking. Too much confusion due to miscommunication between your superiors.
