Seniors and senior management s are very helpful and always ready to help the new comers

Sometimes in bold and capital only sometime things get delayed here.Not talking about salary but there are many other things in work which only sometime get delayed.

Nothing, very bad support , just show up for being human but no one support you

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is on hold and no career growth . On the job training is not given to new joinees.

... make excuses of lockdown Corona ,and compensate it giving you WFH facilities. Seniors struggling since 3 or more years are still at the basic pay as of Freshers. No. of years are not counted for increment instead director examine your personal knowledge asking you typical questions and then decide if you'r eligible for 2-3k of increment or not. I worked under team leader whose salery was less than of mine.(fresher)

No promotion, Expenses not provided after work , when you are in trouble nor office staff help , No skill development course/ training provided by company / seniors , After completion of site,manager said that if site comes than I call otherwise go to home , When you call to upper level officer than he drop the messege, call you later
