Well you will get many projects with different technologies. So if you are new in IT its good to eork in small scale company as you will have short term projects also but most of them will be at client lication. Yeah but they will give you gifts on occasions like diwali womens day morhers day etc

I dont know where to start. The only thing that kept me going was my salary here. First of all, they dont have any learning portals where you can upskill yourself. So even if you want to then they will align you some resource from company itself according to their availability or they will share online doc links for self study. Most of the managers will try to overburden their resources. Their are quite few of them who will really appreciate your efforts. Some of the senior managers will not even take your stand when client will backstab you and then you lose that sense of belongingness as an employee. They even negotiated with my salary on my maternity period. Who does that ? Recently i quit this company due to the work culture. It was suffocating. Senior management dont listen to you and will try their best to put blame on your shoulders even though you showcased them how capable you are. Overall not a good company if you are looking for good work culture and supportive leaders

There is no proper delegation of work , the senior employees are kinda not friendly and there is nothing to learn if you are working in sales it’s complete micro management and the seniors are not at all the leaders. They initially appoint for hybrid later you are forced to work from office.

I really appricate the work culture and the supportive team here. The environment has been both welcoming and inspring. Additionally, i have had the opportunity to explore and gain knowledge across diffeerent domains. Qualitrix has provivded me with a platform to work on diverse areas, which has significantly broadened my expertise and persepctive.

Dislikes

The organization cound consider providing additional benefits to the team, particularly in terms of enhance health insurance coverage. Planning more team outings would also help strengthen coordination and collaboration among team members. Additionally, adpoting a slightly more flexible approach towarsd granting leaves for genunie reasons would further boost employee morable abd well being.

1.The company has various high profile clients like Phonepe,upgrad,vi,aha,manipal,ola etc. so you get a chance to work in variety of projects 2.The company top management is very supportive and listens to you and even the MD is just a call away 3.The learning opportunities are vast here as you might be deployed in various projects in a short time span 4.Frequent educational sessions to upskill yourself

It’s good for the beginners to start with testing domain. Not for the experienced ones.

Who worked as a tester over there past more than 4 years are now in the position of manager, who doesn’t know M of the management. Managers used to treat the employees same as they were treated by their ex managers and it continues. Some employees are rude and pathetic even some of the colleagues are like hell. If you’re lagging somewhere they won’t help you out but they will make fun of you, point fingers on you, and will mock you wherever and whenever they get a chance. If you speak up you will be threatened by the manager and work culture forget about that. You can’t find team spirit, everyone is on there own. If your fate is bad you’ll find these kind of employees and managers and there’s a slight chance you’ll be working with the best employees or good managers.
