There are so Many things: First they make fake promises about increments which they never do. Secondly they don’t have clients to work on. There is no Job security you never know when they kick you out with any false reason. Dont show respect to the employees.

Company's work culture is good. Management is also supportive . Company policies are made keeping in view of benefits of all . Big IT an Non IT Giants are clients of the Company. It is old reputed best company in each and every terms.
