Only starting package is good as per market.

Dislikes

Culture at Qualcomm is worst. Managers are like robots, no human thing at all. Staff Engineers thinks they know all, they are RIGHT. Close minded people works at Qualcomm. No team bonding. You can't grow here technically.

Benefits are good, and salary, hike all of these are good. Offices are good too. Free food, cabs, are all nice.

Dislikes

The new CEO Christiano Amon is not good. He is ruining the work culture of Qualcomm by making it too difficult for employees to work. Policy changes are random and crazy at times.

Good salary and Good work environment. One can learn a lot ..

Dislikes

In Hyderabad worst place to work. More politics in management basically sr Staff Eng above. In terms of Promotion and Bonus they play high politics. I can't recommend people to work in QC.

Working on Technical things, non-technical is very less.

Dislikes

...in, not much scope for wider growth 4. Upper management sounds non-technical 5. Pay is average and not as per experience 6. Groupism and favoritism across team 7. No clear direction for promo 8. No appreciation
