If you get a job opportunity from this place then run. Run as far away as you can. Here are a few reasons why 1. Absolutely no work-life balance 2. No compensatory off for making you work beyond working hours or on Saturdays. It's like you're giving your precious time away for the company as charity. You won't get travel compensation either. 3. Unfair deductions for taking holidays. You can say goodbye to long weekends off. 4. Confused team-heads don't know how to lead their team and create even more confusion. As a result, work suffers. 5. There is no motivation for employees. No picnics, offsites, training programs, recognition platforms, team outings, nothing.

You can learn a lot and can get trained for multiple pressure handling situations

Dislikes

No proper working timetable. You end up in company for long hours with no extra pays. Rest the company was really good to work. Seniors was best.

not much to like except for the teammates and co-workers, very friendly environment within the team

Company is not open to innovation, very out dated work style, too much work pressure on employees, appraisals are very hard to come by
