...ob security. No employee benefits like PF or transportation. No career growth. Less salary compared to industry standards. Mostly they only look for employees with a career gap so they can offer a less pay and take advantage of their situation. They dont give full or promised amount at the time of FNF. Approx One thousand rupees or (1.1k) is deducted from every executives salary on the name of Tax even though they are not eligible or do not fall in the tax category. HR is not well versed with the company policy as every time I had a query or raised a concern the only answer I got is that I will ask Sir and get back to you ( Sir mean Director of the company as he is the only one decision maker of the company).

Policy of companies not cleared by HR changes accordingly to employees.. Very very bad management...HR is not helpful atall..very diplomatic and change policy according to the person. No FNF on time delaying the duration.Did'nt communicate once you left job..HR gives plenty of reasons to avoid you..very hectic environment.. Very bad experience
