Product quality oriented company. Lots of things to learn and to increase your technical knowledge.

Dislikes

Management is very supportive but they are not in india. And the people who are planning role of management in this company is very toxic, due to few people culture is very toxic and political. Increment is 3 to 5 % only. No any kind of company growth planning. Job security is zero your one mistek and management will fire you.
