New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. Whenever u highlight anything wrong, seniors always support their people, too much nepotism and monopoly and if someone doesn't like you, seniors will fire him with in a day, without serving notice period, Becoz same thing has happened with many people including me, whereas i was a top performer, which was neither the performance before me nor after I left, so whenever seniors wants, he will fire anyone, that's the truth but there will definitely be an account of their deeds

You should fixed before joining to work 24/7 and 365 days....

Dislikes

Forgot about all Govt Holidays you ll be treated there as a dog only there management guys have family's we wont in there point of view....We dont know whether CEO is still alive after getting so many feedback mails from employees there is no reply or any changes happened
