Compensation is very low. Almost no growth opportunities. Work pressure is high. Work culture is not professional. One you enter you need to work minimum of 2 years in this company else you will not get relieving and salary.

There is nothing to like at Quadratyx. It only implements POCs which never converted into full-fledged projects. Company doesn't provide any computing resources to do any experiments but they expect results in shorter time.

Dislikes

Middle level management is a big problem here. They don't have proper Data Science knowledge and the timelines provided by them to the clients were not accurate for the projects. For some projects the time quoted by the middle management is very short and for other projects it is too lengthy. I recommend the CEO to recruit 2 to 3 guys at architect level who have sound knowledge of Machine Learning and AI.

I was on client location so no connection between the company and me, they didn't care much about your role and work what you do at client location.
