Won't give Salary appraisals even performs better if ask they mention like company turnover z not upto mark. -Main thing is no one has ethics of corporate environment and encourages politics. -work pressure for peanuts of salary.

It is a good team which assists you always and it provides support in all situations. It mainly does jobs based on panel designing and sub station automation. They do the work very carefully and neatly. They also provide maintenance and service in their work areas. Over all a good atmosphere to work and good friends to mingle with.

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile.
