Professional working environment Management by objective Work life balance and job security Ideas and opinions from team are well heard and welcomed. Ample growth opportunities, and regular skill development initiatives The culture and policies are very favourable for female employees, (like Uber for home to office travel) Excellent office ambience and facilities

No dislikes as such, but the fast paced growth in the company sometime brings in added responsibility on the team, however it also opens up multiple opportunities for the individuals to elevate exponentially.

Very negative and pathetic workplace one can join.To oppress people they have made SATURDAY as working day and have sandwich leave policy. Looks like they are inspired by L&T CEO They have zero work life balance . They have a strict 9 hours working and plus extra working hours. On top of it they frame the policies as per their own convience without interacting with employees. WFH is given to their a$$ l**ing employess. And all the positive reviews are either put by themselves or they force the employees to put the positive review and share the screenshot. Very very toxic environment. And HR is very rude and does not listen to any concerns.
