Pathetic place. CEO is mad. Fires people at will and without notice. Pay cut for everything. The managers are weak and it’s a monopoly by the CEO. Abuses the VPs and managers in front of the entire office.

Salary Delays Unwanted Deductions in Salary (It comes by 15th or 18th every month where promised date is by 7th of every month) Salary deductions if get late by a min also. No Future Growth or Opportunities Management doesnt bother with Employee Issues. Other Departments do not support Employees. No Exit Policies. They have Hire & Fire rule based on personal relations. Do not provide time or leaves flexibility in case of emergency. Have to stay in office even if you are suffering from fever or severe health issues. Department abuse each other and when you complain it back fires. Join and you will know more.... :P

Being a software engineer, I work on high priority projects using the latest technologies. I had a great leaning exposure. The co-workers are quite helpful, and team leaders are very supportive, helps you whenever you need them.

Sometimes due to tight deadlines, you have to give extra time.

The work environment is much friendly. Therefore, employees work willingly. The team leaders are helpful and supportive. You also get to experience onsite opportunities based on clients requirements.
