Everything is good except as a product engineer the limited learning and skill development opportunities are very limited.

There is nothing to like and it's one of the worst company to work in. First and foremost it's the company which is still not having any base on its own and is being fed on the Aquatech's platform. So you dont have any HR of Finance present to take care of any issues. Whatever is the issue is you need to talk to the HR and Finance of AQUATECH. Its been close to one year and my PF is still stuck with them. HR being the strongest function in any company for the people development is the weakest in their and doesn't even have manners to talk or communicate over mails. If you try to counter the HR over any issues, she gives you an open threat to damage your career. It's good that I left in 6 months as even the HOD seems helpless in that company.

Dislikes

No Growth, Pathetic Work Environment, Most Dull and Pathetic Work Force, Worst Travel Policies, Immense Politics, Zero Training, Worst Work Life Balance. If you want to get hypertension and BP, Kindly join the company. Worst HR and Worst Policies.
