Has good kit box, no support during covit 19 no salaries paid from march many employees aee sent on lop even the working employees are not paid salaries but are asked to work even on weekends

Poor salary comapared to the work given, no increments and benefits even though they promise them , bad employee management ,salaries are not payed on time even the reimbersements too

Pros: Skill development and learning. Training employees. Opportunities to showcase your skill. Reimbursement for travel Team outing

Dislikes

Management : You could witness sheer politics in the top level management. There are 3 co-founders. No matter how hard or smart you work, there wont be any value unless you are close to one or the others in the top management or people associated to them. No proper management. Numerous WhatsApp groups for just one particular task just because of the above mentioned politics. Unnecessary pressure for no reason. No benefits provided. No year end bonus as they promised, which was part of CTC. There were no appraisal as well! No job security.
