Worst Company ever. Panalty for each and every small mistakes. No organisation structure. No KRA and KPI, People join for something and end up doing by something else and thats why many people's are leaving this company. Overall Toxic culture and poor management. No proper HR no Proper HR guidelines, No paid leaves. You will be forced to do something out of your job role. If you are not agree then you will be fired.
