Nothing.... Qspear don't even give salary on time to employees. Qspear don't deposit Income Tax on time, even after last date of ITR Filing. They have not deposit 3 years of PF.

I joined this company in October 2021. So I don't know about job security and salary appraisal. The work environment is very good. Work-life balance.

I found everything is perfect even company environment also. I have given average rating for job security because in every company, if u don't give output as of ur experience then I think no one company will bear u anymore in India.
