I have been working with QODORO since 3 years and it has been an incredible journey. They company offers a dynamic and professional environment that encourages learning and growth. What I love the most about QODORO is the management is approachable and genuinely cares about the employees well being and career development. I am proud to be a part of QODORO

Dislikes

I appreciate many aspects of working at Qodoro , including supportive culture and growth opportunities. However if we point out an area for improvement then it would be streamlining communication , streamline few process and room for increasing employee benefits.

Okay, I'm writing this again, because my review was deleted by the Qodoro team, the worst management and company it is HR and HOD thinks only fod there benefits, the more you flatter the more you can stay, If you are busy in with your productivity no one is going to value you. And the dumb HOD will compare your quantity+quality work with the people who's busy in flattering instead of working. And the most important thing they even don't have job portals, they will ask you to get the numbers only with 1 portal that is Monster, rest you have to do from internal database, than they will provide you Indeed only with 100 credits which is will be used among all the 22-25 recruiters for a whole month, thn you habe ciepal which works only for 6 month and in that too you will be getting 30 credits for week, except this they don't have anything and ya stupid HOD (Krishna Shrivastava) will call you for baseless. meetings twice or thrice in a day, where he will ask only for numbers nothing else, He wont guide you only will make pressure. ohhh gaush many things to write but, I thinks uts enough to open the eyes for new joiners. Think before joining.

The whole company, before joining this company go to there linkedin profile, reach out to their ex employees and ask about the work environment and culture. DO NOT BELIEVE ON GOOGLE REVIEWS AS ALL ARE GIVEN BY THE WROST MANAGEMENT, and the real feedback/review has been deleted by the HR.
