Dislikes

Work culture is not good. Don't work under prasanna( Indian manager) he don't know to respect employees. Lots of work pressure from him. Because of him there is not good eco system between employees.

No focus on the development of the employee Pays are much below market standard and HR is famous to cheat with the promises made Many employees have left the company just because HR and their cheap attitude. Completely non professional behavior. Culture is not one which may help one to grow in career. Better to join some other company than to come here.

This is not software development company. So they dont know about how it works. I never worked in other team so may be other team behaves more professionally. HR is worst thing. They treat whitecolor worker as blue color labors.

Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits
