Very supportive colleagues and seniors.there were incentives but quarterly only which is very less.only once a year they will throw a party hardly any celebration.

Poor management.no HR. Politics no appraisal no appreciation despite so hardwork.so much of negativity

Nothing to like about, apart from your learning. You get multiple projects and knowledge from it.

Dislikes

Too many of them. To describe few of them, there is no work life balance, no appreciation by the management. No motivation but a lot of demotivation to everyone in the organisation. Very unprofessional management with unethical views. They always give false hopes and commitments to employees which is never fulfilled. Suggestions before joining- kindly connect with current employees for better understanding. Employees once joined here will never give any reference to any new joinee ever.
