Lot of things to dislike. Company culture is quite not good. Just work and work. Training is the worst. Even I like the work I was doing but no thoughts about productivity of myself/work. People will not help you if you stuck in some area of your work. They will come to help you after weeks. Appraisals are very less likely to happen

It's a relatively low cost solution with big impact for our company as the resources required to simply collect the data are beyond the scope of what we have. Lack of documentation around what specific keyword need to be entered into the "Reference" Input to access different types of information from the searches. Some sort of outline or dictionary would be useful to have, as this would remove the need to raise a ticket every time we do not understand why our search is not working due to having the wrong keywords. With a good understanding of regular expressions and basic coding/SQL, it is possible to construct scripts that pull and normalize content from a very wide variety of sources. QL2 has technical scaling challenges and a challenge with circumfenting the latest blocking technologies. As a customer, it looks like the product iterations and improvements have been slow to absent. The UI has been due to be renewed for over 2 years. In terms of monitoring the output data (quality) and alerting the customer there are barely any features in place, this means as a customer you're always chasing the latest bug. For users to trust the product they need to see more metrices, more monitoring and quick repairs. It is economically expensive and tiring for a customer to be doing data checks all the time. It lacks an efficient way to then follow up on these issues, because as customer you are always chasing the support desk. QL2 responds quickly to requests about changes in scripts and websites. Scripts are being developed in a good amount of time. Their service used to be incredible. Bugs were resolved almost straight away. In recent times this has slipped to sometimes unresolved, generally weeks, then the fix doesn't always work. Agar jao bhi to dont accpet Retail department of Raj Rawat. I left this job because seniors are worst than shit specially RAJ RAWAT from (Retail) actually I have planned something in the month of jan and that thing I already told to than man Raj and ask for extension for work from home but Raj were failed to understand my concern so I'd gave resign to this company. Pathetic work culture because what they do is CHORI they pulling the data for clients from rival sites and that job is totally assumption based and if you are unable to find the product from rival site they marked ur mistakes coz u r junior and ur seniors are not able to so mistakes bcoz they are GOD they hide seniors mistakes and shows your mistakes. Nothing to learn because there was only one work CHORI. No satisfaction for work.

They don't treat you like your junior they treat you just like you are their slave and behave like they are the owners of the company. they don't care if a person is sick they circulate rumours and make a fun of that person who take sick leaves .

Everything from top to bottom . Training period is pathetic . I was working as an application developer but suddenly after some time , they told me they want neend me ,and I was laid off due to silly reason . One thing I am sure of management are only trying to maintain their monopoly.
