...tes are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

... climbed the ladder way too fast to understand the difficulties of the employee. They expect the employee to stretch, work overtime, over the weekends but with no appreciation or compensation which leaves the employees in a state of permanent stress

Yes I like it but I don't like team behaviour.

Dislikes

Dislike- there is no work life balance, they only get the work done, they don't pay salary. Don't get promotion. Mental health is also not good because of working here.
