Overall it's an excellent working place for the employees. There are lot's of opportunities to earn bonus except the base pay and the team is very responsive in case of any emergency/problem.

Actually nothing :) truly and honestly.

...ork here. They do not have a good working system and they never respond on time. They would introduce new rules every month and deduct the pay according to them. It was a terrible experience working there. .

...one to work ever. Please do not go there. They have a toxic working environment. They introduce new rules every month and deduct the pay when already they are not giving the minimum wage. I'm glad I quit the company.

Working with Qin1 has been a bliss , The founder mr ishan and co founder miss Aarti has been my motivation all through . Also thankful to them as they offered me this job when actually people were losing there jobs . I would say working there will only make you grow and challenge your self everyday .I wish this company all the success and prosperity . A thumb's up from my side.

Maybe they should modify there incentive policies a little bit or maybe offer bonus on festivals.

It's a nice firm to work in, people here are mostly young and energetic fun, encouraging, and understanding no pressure is there just deliver what you promised and nothing else is required.

I liked the slot system, as in I could choose what time I want to teach or take class.

Dislikes

It was extremely time-consuming, one hour per student plus we needed to fill out the form to update what the child was taught, which took an additional half an hour, similarly, I had to do it for 6 students per day, in comparison to how much work I did I got only pain 4k which was quite a lot dissappointed.
