There is nothing good about to like. It's such a disaster organisation where I have wasted my valuable times to be here. The complete channel of management and HR service are in just word 'PATHETIC'. Our seniors like TSM, ASM both were handicapped in terms of supporting their team. Simply this company making fund from distributors taking money 50 thousands offering buisness partnership. But the way they have promised and committed at the time of Onboarding distributors, not met yet. Making everytime false statement and kept always changed that company going to start very soon, giving Tarikh Pe Tarikh. Those distributors who were onboarded on September 2024 stil they didn't get any ROI, whereas Qicpic were committed them that within 6 months everything will be on track, whether it marchent onboarding or customer app launch. But it was a fake commitment.

As is said there is nothing to be like, everything is here to dislike. They don't pay salary on time.

Itni gatiya company jindgi m nhi dakhi 4 mahino se sellery nhi di or preshar blackmail kiya kaam kro paisa Lao bazzar se or 6 mahine se jbse laga tab se 1 rs claim nhi diya oner bhi chor hai ye sab it walo ne mil k bda skaim kiya hai yaha or sellery mangi to terminate kr diya without pip without information chor hai pure 200 employ ko bina bole india mai hata diya or fasa diya employ ko sabko Milne walo se paise lee liye distribution k naam pe chor hai bhut bda froud hai
