Doesn’t have proper management. No one listens to the employees. Especially hr department ,no one responds to the queries,HR manager is worst, She just blames others. No option for learning new things.

Senior management is not only interested in company's growth but put equal effort to groom the team members and help them to climb up the ladder. An organisation which let one's to explore the one' potential idea and also help them to nurture it by motivating and providing required Support. Here, you would be able to see the quality of the developers quite strong and unique. This is the organisation you will never regret to work with. As of now don't have much dislikes about the QED42 as management is ready to talk and discuss the pain points and act upon it but there is a lot improvement required at the people practice level to connect with the people, provide the friendly communication point of contact and help to accommodate the suggestions coming from the team members.
