As it's online for me. So personal I feel: Self respect, They can cutt off your salary any moment. Only take -given policy. Sometimes it's target personal revenge. Ok am may not good person but it's My Honest review.

Senior manager is helpful in nature, also company goal is Clear.

Dislikes

First dislike think is HR Department they will not attend your call. Regarding salary ontime not received full n final settlement done after 5 month. Carrier point of qdegree is not good it's depends on other companies project if project closed by other company employees are job less.

no any training provide by company team senior manager again and again work load increase, no incentive, no bonus, no increment, no covid safety kit providing by company ,no job security , pf and allowances not timely credited, if you complain high command than your manager terminate you, if you leave this company or company terminate all situations your outstanding calculation not clear verry big fraud company i hate this type company

The company is open to innovate and adopt latest technologies I love the fact that I am a part of team that markets reliable, high quality, and best one part is global client base. As a result I adopt the culture of now a days adopt easily and my all colleagues are very different cultural background but work together is happily. I also like paternity leave given by company.

Compensation is decent but training given is very low no on job training provided and no tour given by company.

Likes

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i was a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has domestic client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, i have to work 14-18 hrs straight in a day as i had to work in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individual's unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals.
