The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i was a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has domestic client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, i have to work 14-18 hrs straight in a day as i had to work in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individual's unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals.

As it's online for me. So personal I feel: Self respect, They can cutt off your salary any moment. Only take -given policy. Sometimes it's target personal revenge. Ok am may not good person but it's My Honest review.

Management- Please respect your employee work. you can hire a new person with a good package but can't increase the package of existing employees (with the same capabilities). Strange! Just increasing the position doesn't mean the appraisal, package should be at least according to the given position.

It's a good company to work. Having good support from management with employee engagement without any partialities.

Dislikes

I don't say it as dislike as it's a company policy but a small suggestion if the salary date is on 31st or 1st of every month it would be good.

Senior manager is helpful in nature, also company goal is Clear.

First dislike think is HR Department they will not attend your call. Regarding salary ontime not received full n final settlement done after 5 month. Carrier point of qdegree is not good it's depends on other companies project if project closed by other company employees are job less.
