Management- Please respect your employee work. you can hire a new person with a good package but can't increase the package of existing employees (with the same capabilities). Strange! Just increasing the position doesn't mean the appraisal, package should be at least according to the given position.

... work after shift.. sometimes they have to work continuously more than 14 hours. They are also seeking the very need person to work here so they get them in low salary. People here are promoted executive to Manager while they can not present things to client.. some leader has their own monopoly. That's why the the attrition rate High here.

Previous manager (Mr.Siddhartha) was highly supportive to implement our own plans and strategies to get gud result. But non others are the same.

Dislikes

... commit,but not commitment are fulfilled.Found very hard to keep their promises. Out of 12 bonus payroll for 2 years received only 2. No increment in salaries. Even after resigning it is hard to get out Experience letter and FnF to get closed. Being a manager if requested to release teams bonus,allowances on time then we are under black list. No work security and company will never mind and support on Health insurance even if someone is admitted in hospital.

As it's online for me. So personal I feel: Self respect, They can cutt off your salary any moment. Only take -given policy. Sometimes it's target personal revenge. Ok am may not good person but it's My Honest review.

It's a good company to work. Having good support from management with employee engagement without any partialities.

Dislikes

I don't say it as dislike as it's a company policy but a small suggestion if the salary date is on 31st or 1st of every month it would be good.
