More than professional people working Under to Qdsbg different jobs. But General foreman category some people poor educational back ground & also poor work experience so need to improvement.

Iifting supervisor work at Qatar, I very feel in job , I would like to work in our company, company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. ( personal reason my mother very serious conditional I take to hr I go to India emergency leave don't ask leave corno condition so don't emergency leave, resign to India for the hr asking, I want resign sir

Management is supportive and always following the rules of the Qatar Government Labor Ministry by giving the basic needs of their employee. SBG hire different nationally and no discrimanation among all others.

Working with QD-SBG is a chance for the future, management is supportive, they always allow you to increase your knowledge and give you the chance to decide by attending meetings, working with different people within your capability.

compensation is decent, but growth is slow, The work pressure is very high, Sometimes I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into night.
