Good company. Payment,salary are correct and accurate. Companies policy is good. Qcon is one of the best company in qatar. I enjoyed working there. I can learn lot of things from there.

Dislikes

Company need to focus to managing employees in a good manner while doing shutdown. Shutdown have lot of employees. Lot of queues for paper work, training, food etc. This rush will difficult for employees. Please arrange and execute that in a good manner

... shutdown. Their visa processing and accomadation arrangements are made in time. Salary paid on time wihtout any delay.

Some accomadation camps provided by qcon the food quality is very low and not hygiene. They have to focus on this .

There Is So Much Of internal Politics And Very Slow growth rate Salary is Also Very Less offered compared to other organizations Only 3 Hours of Overtime instead of 4 Accommodation is Ok ok Transport same for all Labor, offiers, supervisors All are in same bus Food Only South indian Taste

Salary will be paid on time. Compliance to safety is good. Clinic is available at site. And those who need consultation by a physician will be referred to company clinic in HO.

Some camps aren’t good and there’s no guarantee you will end up in a good one or not.

...person who recruited me said this is company's policy can transfer you anywhere.Hr withheld my 11 days salary and i had to buy my own ticket to come back on emergency leave.

Trnsfers are frequent be ready with bag pack to get transferred anywhere.HR policy for emergency not at all friendly.
