Its high-time, they change their mindset towards business delivery rather than outdated disciplinary policies alone.

Its a company that is making its steps into the industry now, and soon it will be well heard name around. So if you can join and stick and learn there you have high chances of gaining good exposure and better benefits.

Being initial days, we need to put extra effort rarely. Wouldnt say much abt dislining. May e Infrastructure has to improve.
