Everything is good about QBurst, good work culture and overall atmosphere. The management really cares about the employees and their requirements (like wfh bonus, free covid vaccine even for non relatives, 6 month appraisal cycle, etc)

...eagues. Though the employees get a lot of recognition the career growth is slow. Salary for freshsers is low but there is appraisal every six months and company gives a decent salary hike. Company also arranges can for travel when we have to sit for extended hours. Learning opportunity is really good, I got to learn so many technologies but haven't got chance to master any technologies. Work environment is very good. Most of the projects have good work life balance for the employees.

While the employees get a lot of recognition for the hard work they do, the credits are taken away by the managers. Career growth is very slow.

Likes

Company is very flexible and good salary and hike. As long as you do your work, nobody questions you about anything. 6 months appraisal. Excellent management. You can take leaves whenever you want, nobody says no to it. You get free udemy account and learn whatever course you want without anybody's approval. Best company I have worked at so far.

Work life balance, salary and benefits, appraisals, job security, QB management, office culture, at any time we can easily connect with our managers and raise our concerns if there's any, If we raise any concern, they'll treat it with seriously and give a proper solution. I like almost everything about my organisation.

Dislikes

Yes we have promotion and appraisal benefits, but still the roles which we hold doesn't challenging. That's how I feel sometimes. So if we are lead role, sometimes, our works doesn't satisfy with the role that we holding. That's the only concern I have at the moment.
